ACG Health: Inclusive Print Design for Community Health

ACG Health is a nonprofit community health organization based in southeastern Pennsylvania. Formerly known as AIDS Care Group, it rebranded in 2024 to reflect a broader mission that goes beyond HIV care. I designed a three-part series of program cards to help ACG Health communicate key healthcare services across its locations in Pennsylvania. Each card highlights different programs, including HIV prevention through PrEP and PEP, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and a wide range of supportive services like housing counseling, mental health, and opioid recovery. The challenge was to organize a large volume of information in a small postcard format while keeping the layout easy to navigate for diverse readers, including patients with low health literacy. I used bold sectioning, color contrast, and simple iconography to guide attention and improve readability. These materials were designed for physical distribution in clinics, events, and community centers, with QR codes included to drive digital engagement.
